48 Miles. 8:00. A little warmer than yesterday. MonkeyBoy and I ran every step together. Jeff joined us after Cal 3. I did have a bit of trouble with blood in my urine due to severe hydration left over from yesterday. I guess 94 miles in a 35 hour period in 90 degree temps can do that to you. I'm fine now but will probably take it easy tomorrow.

Don't go dying on us and defaulting on our 10 year bet.
Oops. Didn't mean to post that so quickly. Are we going to have to put a clause in our 10 year bet? If you have to stop in the middle of the race to hook up to the dialysis machine you get credited with a 30:01 finish?
You're scaring us, man. I'm no doctor but if that blood is indicative of a kidney problem you gotta respect that.
